Safe Greece: BLS at Poros Military Training Centre
Poros 31/05-01/06/2025. The Greek Lifesaving
Sports Association (GLSA) trained 670 navy cadets on basic life support at the
Poros Training Centre. Leading instructor was the GLSA Head of Volunteers, Efraim
Chalkias, who was assisted by GLSA Members (Andreas Zervos-Sorensen, Panagiota
Gianakou, Nefeli Asargiotaki, George-Taxiarchis Pahos). The training was well
received by cadets and officers. It took place as part of the project “Safe
Greece” that is supported by the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation. Photos:
