The GLSA Coach of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual with the highest contributions to lifesaving sport as a coach.
- 2020: Stathis Avramidis (Coached winning athletes at BULSCA).
- 2021: Michalis Glynatsis (accomplished Coach of Greek Lifesaving Cup 13 golds, 14 silvers, 1 bronze, 6 Pan-Hellenic Records).
- 2022: Stathis Avramidis (Coached a Gold Medalist at World Masters Lifesaving Championships).
- 2023: Chris Petropoulos (Head National Australian Coach, RLSS Australia).
