Vervaecke salutes the Greek Lifesaving Cup 2022
The International Life Saving Federation (ILS) is the world authority of lifesaving sport. Lifesaving sport has a humanitarian purpose, namely “be fit to save a life”. The sustainability and immense growth of the sport on regional and international level is a fact. The Greek Lifesaving Sports Association (GLSA) entered the ILS family only last year. Since 2011, we witness that the GLSA is active in promoting Lifesaving Sport in Greece with the full support of the ILS. We commend the GLSA with the organisation of the 3rd Greek Lifesaving Cup and wish all participants a fine and pleasant competition.
